Landlord registration scheme
All landlords with properties in Northern Ireland must be registered and have a Landlord Registration certificate. The certificate is valid for three years and costs £70.00.

Nominate an agent

Register as an agent
To register on behalf of a landlord you must first register as an agent. Make sure you have details of all properties and any joint owners for each landlord that you intend to register. An agent may register on their own behalf if they are also a landlord.Register as an agent
